Medicall Services aim to change the way medical facilities interact with patients, by assisting with the management of inbound calls – an industry initiative to encourage and support the growth of patient care and customer service.

The medical industry over recent years has seen a growth in terms of service quality, efficiency, and availability. In addition, medical standards are evolving to embrace the use of IT within the medical industry.What we’re about is providing a consistent, a high quality cost effective service, be it as an overflow for when things get busy, an alternative to rostering staff on during expensive penalty rate periods, or for filling in during staff holiday/sickness periods.

Medicall services manage a diverted telecommunications environment through the professional management of inbound calls to your facility. Having developed tailored protocols and message scripts, we will provide a consistent level of service, giving callers the time they deserve without interruption. We have seamless integration with all RIS and practice management software. We create a VPN (virtual private network) between our organisations and access your existing systems using logons provided to our team.
